- Broccoli - 200 Grams (dietary leaf)
- Olive oil - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Cloves

How to make White Bean Vegetable Salad
1. First you need to prepare the broccoli leaves: they need to be thoroughly washed and cut into pieces. Adjust the size of the parts yourself (as you like more). 2. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for exactly 1 minute, then immediately drain the boiling water and fill it with cold water. Then again quickly drain the water and discard the herbs in a colander. 3. Now you need to prepare the sauce: cut the lemon into wedges. Fry them on both sides in olive oil until golden brown. Then remove the lemon and we will continue to cook on the resulting sauce. 4. Send canned beans, garlic, spices (red peppers required) and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring. 5. Then add lemon wedges and broccoli leaves, stir gently, simmer for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. 6. Vegetable salad with white beans is served warm,but it is no less tasty when cold.
