- Garlic - 6 Cloves
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make Lemon Chicken Breast
1. Squeeze 3 tablespoons of lemon juice into a bowl, cut the remaining half into slices. Chop 2 cloves of garlic, add it to the lemon juice, add olive oil, salt and ground pepper and stir. 2. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 pieces and place in a baking dish. Pour the cooked marinade over the chicken breasts. 3. Place the remaining garlic cloves and lemon slices around the meat. 4. Cover the baking dish with foil and send to the oven preheated to 135-140 degrees for 90 minutes, and after an hour and a half, remove the foil and increase the temperature to 210 degrees. 5. Bake for about 20 more minutes, be sure to pour the resulting juices over the chicken. 6. Remove the finished chicken from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes, then cut into pieces and pour over the juices. Serve the dish and enjoy.
