How to cook "African Beef"

1. From the beginning, set the oven to preheat 160 degrees. Fry the beef in oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes on each side. At the same time, make a mixture of cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, paprika, and chili. 2. Then remove the meat, and put finely chopped white onions and peppers in its place. Simmer vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Then add finely chopped tomatoes, horseradish, spice mixture, sugar, bay leaf to the pan and pour in the broth. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Then pour the remaining oil into an ovenproof skillet or baking dish. Arrange the red onions in rings. 5. Now place the brisket. Next, pour in the vegetable sauce and spread out the whole cloves of peeled garlic. 6. Bake the dish for 5 hours in the oven at the lowest temperature. Then cut the meat into pieces,sprinkle with thyme and serve. Enjoy your meal!
