- Apples - 2 Kilograms
- Grape Juice - 1.5 Glasses
- Sugar - 3/4 - 1 Glasses
- Honey - 1 Glass
- Lemon - 1 Piece
- Cinnamon - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Almonds - 1/2 Cup
Servings: 4-5
How to make Easter Jam
1. Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the grape juice, put on fire. After boiling, simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes to soften the apples. 2. Then set aside about 2/3 to the side and puree with a blender or pusher. Send back to the pot. Add honey, sugar, lemon juice. Leave to simmer for another 10-15 minutes. 3. Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan and chop, but not into flour, but to feel the pieces. 4. Put nuts in jam, add cinnamon. After a minute, you can remove from the fire. Pour into sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator. You can close such a jam for the winter, then it is better to sterilize the jars with jam (7-10 minutes).
