Such ganache can be made immediately with a margin, as it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Just preheat it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds before use. The wine produces a very subtle aroma, so I personally don't recommend adding vanilla or other flavors. It's definitely worth a try!

- Red wine - 180 Milliliters
- Cream - 180 Milliliters
- Cocoa - 3 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 100 Grams
- Chocolate - 250 Grams
- Butter - 60 Grams
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to make Red Wine Chocolate Ganache
1. Pour cream and wine into a small saucepan. Add cocoa and sugar. Mix thoroughly, put on fire and boil for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat. 2. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate and softened butter. Remove saucepan from heat, add chocolate and butter. Leave it on for a couple of minutes. 3. Add salt and mix thoroughly until smooth. 4. Now the red wine chocolate ganache can be poured into a convenient jar. 5. And serve with your favorite desserts. Enjoy your meal!
