How to cook Roast Beef and Vegetables
1. Rinse the meat and roll in flour. Heat a saucepan with vegetable oil and lay out the meat, fry it until golden brown and transfer to a bowl. 2. Cut the carrots into large slices, the onions into medium-sized cubes, chop the garlic. 3. Return the pot to the heat, add all the vegetables, and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add meat, pour in water and broth. Salt and pepper the meat with vegetables, cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. 4. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, place in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes, covered. 5. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
