- Soy sauce - 6 Tbsp. spoons
- Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
- Honey - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil - 2.5 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Sesame - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Radish - 300 Grams
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vinegar 6% - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Ground black and red pepper - To taste
- Parsley - To taste

How to make Asian Pork Chops with Radish
1. Prepare all the required ingredients. Defrost the meat in advance at room temperature. Rinse and dry the radishes. 2. Prepare the marinade for the meat. To do this, combine 5 tbsp. soy sauce, honey, mustard and vegetable oil. Stir. Add minced garlic, red and black pepper. Stir everything again. 3. Cut the meat into slices, about 1 cm thick. Beat on both sides with a hammer and place in a deep bowl. 4. Add the marinade to the chops, stir and let sit for 1 hour. 5. In the meantime, prepare the radishes for garnish. Cut the radish into thin slices and place in a bowl. 6. Add chopped parsley, sugar, salt, leftover soy sauce and vinegar. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
