How to make Disman's Balkan Pie

1. Prepare food for dough, filling and pouring. In addition to cheese, a lot of greens are added to the filling, it can be spinach, green onions, dill, parsley or cilantro. 2. Combine milk with warm water, add salt and sugar, yeast. Stir to dissolve the yeast completely. 3. Put egg white, vegetable oil, stir. 4. Pour in the sifted flour in portions, knead the dough. You may need 3 to 4 glasses of flour, but don't make the dough too steep, it should be soft and airy. 5. Cover with a clean napkin and keep warm for 30 minutes. 6. For the filling, crush the cheese with your hands, add finely chopped dill and protein. Stir.
