How to make Mint and Sorrel Lemonade
Start preparing lemonade by preparing the main ingredients - mint leaves and sorrel. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the mint leaves in a saucepan and pour in the indicated amount of water, heat the contents of the saucepan to a hot state (70-80 degrees), you do not need to boil the water. As soon as the water with mint leaves heats up, remove the saucepan from the stove and place the sorrel leaves in the liquid, leave the greens to infuse for 10-15 minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, drain the infusion from the saucepan into another container, slightly squeeze the herbs. Strain the lemonade, if necessary, to remove any debris from the leaves. Add sugar to lemonade and stir. Serve the mint and sorrel lemonade chilled with ice cubes. Enjoy!
