How to make "Apricot and Apple Sauce"
Cut the apples and apricots into cubes. Chop the onion as well. Place prepared apricots, apples and onions in a large deep-bottomed saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar, ginger, pass the garlic through a press. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it becomes a thick sauce.
