- Pasta - 450 Grams
- Olive Oil - To taste
- Minced meat - 450 grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Rosemary - 2 Pieces
- Italian spices - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Chili Flakes - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Tomato Sauce - 900 Grams
- Mozzarella - 240 Grams
- Ricotta - 200 Grams
- Parmesan - 200 Grams

How to make Pasta, Minced Meat and Cheese Casserole
1. Boil the pasta in salted water until tender, then fold over a sieve and rinse. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat and mash it, salt. 2. Finely chop the onion and put in the pan, after 4-5 minutes add chopped garlic, rosemary, Italian spices, chili flakes. Pour in the tomato sauce after 1 minute. 3. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer all together for a few minutes. 4. Place some sauce and half of the Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese on the bottom of a baking dish. 5. Add a tablespoon of sauce to the pasta and stir, then place in a baking dish. 6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the pasta and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
