How to cook "Sea Bass in Creamy Sauce"
1. Season the perch in 1/8 tsp. ground pepper, 1/2 tsp. turmeric, 1/4 chili and vinegar. Leave the fish to marinate in spices for half an hour. 2. Fry the perch on both sides for 2-3 minutes on each side in a skillet. 3. Remove fish from the pan. Add the remaining spices to it: ground black pepper, turmeric, chili. Add chopped onion and garlic. Simmer over low heat. 4. Add cherry tomatoes, cream. Bring the sauce to a boil. 5. Stew the fish in the sauce for 5 minutes. 6. Serve the finished dish hot.
