- Honey - 2 Art. spoons
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Chile - 1 Teaspoon
- Dried Garlic - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Peanuts - 2 Cups (peeled, not salted)
- Sugar - 1/3 Cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon

How to make Honey and Salt Roasted Peanuts
1. In a large saucepan, melt the honey, butter and salt. 2. Once the butter starts to boil, add the peanuts, stir. Put the mixture on a baking sheet and toast the nuts at 160 degrees in the oven. Cook until golden brown. 3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, chili and garlic. 4. Mix the finished peanuts with the dry mixture. 5. Serve cooled peanuts with honey and salt. Enjoy!
