- Cabbage - 400 Grams
- Greens - 350 Grams
- Cream - 0.5 Milliliter
- Sour cream - 400 Grams
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Chicken Yolks - 2 Pieces
- Butter - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Soda - 1 Pinch
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to cook "Cabbage pie with sour cream"
1. Wash and chop the cabbage very thinly, then cut into several pieces. Place the cabbage in a saucepan or skillet. Send it to the fire, add cream and salt, simmer after boiling over low heat for 15-20 minutes. 2. Wash all greens (any to taste), place on a napkin, then finely chop. Add the greens to the skillet with the cabbage, stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat. 3. Combine flour with baking soda and salt, then pour sour cream mixed with yolks and eggs to it, add melted butter and sunflower oil, mix. 4. Pour more than half of the dough into a baking dish, then add the filling and cover with the remaining dough. 5. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about half an hour. Remove the finished pie from the oven and cool, then cut into slices and serve. Enjoy your meal!
