How to cook "Curd casserole with semolina and raisins"

The amount of raisins depends only on your preference. If you like raisins in baking - add more of it. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 15 minutes. My cottage cheese is rustic, with large grains and it must be wiped through a sieve or simply chopped with a mashed potatoes. Add to the curd 3 tablespoons of semolina, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. If you have dry curd, add more sour cream per tablespoon. Mix thoroughly and set the curd mass aside for 20-30 minutes, let the semolina swell. We drain the water from the raisins, squeeze it slightly and add to the curd mass. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
