How to cook "Salmon cutlets with mustard"
First, chop the salmon fillet finely. In a separate bowl, toss mayonnaise with mustard, seasoning, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Put the fish to the resulting dressing and mix. Finely chop the dill, onion and celery there. Stir again. Form into round patties. Roll each in crumbs.
