Cooking description:
If you have children growing up in your family, you have to cook pizza often. So little tweaks and variations will come in handy! You can buy ready-made nachos chips, but cooked yourself - from tortillas with cheese of your choice, they will be much tastier. Instead of tortillas, you can use pita bread to reduce baking times.

How to make nachos pizza
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grate the cheese and drizzle with olive oil. I recommend using several types of cheese. Sprinkle the cheese (1 teaspoon oregano + your favorite spices) and stir. Line a baking sheet with parchment and arrange the tortillas. Spread the cheese mixture over the tortillas and place in the oven. Remove the toasted tortilla with cheese from the oven and cut each into 8 pieces. It is convenient to do this with a pizza roller or household scissors. Place two to three layers of overlapping tortilla slices in a fireproof dish that can be used to serve the pizza. Pour the tomato pizza sauce over the tortillas, sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella and top with the sliced sausages. And of course, don't forget about the leftover oregano - it will make your pizza even more flavorful and delicious! Place the nachos pizza pan in the oven for 7-10 minutes,so that the cheese melts properly and the edges of the chips are browned. Serve ready-made pizza immediately! They eat such a pizza by simply pulling out an appetizing triangle from the common plate.
