- Lemon juice - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 Teaspoons

How to make "Curd muffins in tins"
1 We begin to prepare curd cakes by heating the oven to 160 degrees. Put paper inserts into the cake pan, on the bottom of which we put the dough. We make it from crumbs of shortbread cookies mixed with butter and sugar. 2 Tamp the dough onto the bottom of the molds. We bake for 5-6 minutes, during this time the base will have time to brown.
