Pour in the cream and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove mushrooms from heat, cool slightly and add cream cheese. Stir. 5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the cod on a work bench and spread half of the mushrooms in an even layer. 6. Roll gently into a roll and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
