I remember when I was a child I went to the village to see my grandmother. And my most favorite food was potatoes with my grandmother's tomatoes. And they were kept in a cellar in wooden barrels. You remove the greens, and red aromatic tomatoes are looking at you. Tasty.
Cooking description:
For a long time I was looking for a recipe that would remind me of the taste of those grandma's tomatoes. This recipe requires good quality dry mustard. Tomatoes should be whole and free from spoilage, firm and fleshy. It is not necessary to sterilize the jars, but it will allow you to identify the flawed jars that are not suitable for seaming. You can take greens at your discretion. Help yourself!
