- Potatoes - 2-3 Pieces (boil in their uniform)
- Herring - 350 Grams
- Egg - 3-4 Pieces
- Apple - 2 Pieces
- Beets - 1 Piece
- Mayonnaise - To taste
- Onions - 1 Piece
- Vinegar 9% - 50 Milliliters
- Water - 50 Milliliters

How to cook "Salad" Herring in a new fur coat "(with apples)"
First, finely chop the onion and marinate it in vinegar and water. Leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the liquid. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater at the bottom of a salad bowl. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise. Then lay out a layer of chopped herring and pickled onions. Grate the eggs. Set aside a couple of yolks to garnish the salad. Peel and core the apples. Grate on a coarse grater and lay out in the next layer. Put the grated boiled beets in the last layer. Brush the salad with mayonnaise and rub the left yolks on top to decorate.
