How to make Shrimp Soup
1. Pour water or stock into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Scald shrimps with boiling water, cool slightly and peel. 2. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Grate the carrots, chop the onion. 3. Grate the processed cheese and put in a saucepan. Stir well to dissolve completely. 4. Place the onions, carrots and potatoes. Add salt and spices. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes. 5. Then put the shrimp in a saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes. 6. Use a submersible blender to chop the soup until puree. Put it on fire again, bring to a boil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
