How to cook Nest Noodles
1. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, then drain in a colander and rinse. 2. Beat an egg into a bowl, add sauce, grated cheese, salt and spices to taste, mix well. 3. Add the sauce to the pasta bowl and stir the contents. 4. Grease the muffin baking tins with vegetable oil, put a small amount of noodles, inside a meat ball and a drop of sauce. 5. Send the form into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 6. Carefully remove the finished nests from the mold and serve. Enjoy your meal!
