1 Pour the rice with water, put on fire. After boiling, season with salt and cook until tender. 2 Peel the onion, chop finely. Place in a skillet with oil and fry until light golden brown. 3 Grate the carrots, fry followed by the onions until soft. You can, of course, boil carrots. 4 Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate. 5 You can collect salad. Place the boiled and cooled rice on the bottom of the plate. Brush with mayonnaise. 6 Place the onions and carrots in an even layer.
