- Ham or sausage - 300 Grams
- Salt, pepper, herbs - To taste
- Olives, olives, capers - To taste
- Lemon - To taste

How to cook "Solyanka simple"
1. First of all, put the broth to boil or reheat already ready. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. 2. Put in a frying pan with heated oil and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. 3. Slice the cucumbers in parallel. 4. Add a little brine, put on fire and simmer for 15 minutes to soften. 5. Add the tomato sauce to the pan. Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste, put in broth. 6. Send the cucumbers there. Add some brine and lemon juice to taste. Cook on the stove or in a slow cooker for another 10 minutes.
