How to cook "Meatballs in white sauce with garlic and basil"
Add egg, salt and spices to the minced meat. Stir. Form meatballs and sauté in a hot skillet. Add finely chopped onion, simmer a little. Add chopped garlic and basil. Pour in the cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered. Then pour in the flour dissolved in cold water. Boil until thick and turn off. Enjoy your meal!
