How to cook "Fish soup with processed cheese"
1 Boil the broth first. Dip the ridges and heads from the fish into the pot. Pour water over the bones, add pepper and bay leaf. Boil the broth for about 1 hour. 2 When the broth is cooked, carefully remove the bones. Add the diced vegetables to the soup and cook until tender. 3 When the vegetables are tender, you can add cheese, which gives the soup a rich flavor. At the same time, you can add milk. Stir the soup until the melted cheese is completely dissolved. 4 Then add the fish and dill to the soup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cover and let it brew. Finally, check for salt and squeeze half a lemon into the soup. 5 Bon appetit!
