Roll out the dough into a thin layer, then brush it with a piece of butter, roll it in half and cut into 2 parts, place one part on top of the other. 4. Send the dough in the refrigerator for 120 minutes, and if there is no time at all, then for half an hour in the freezer. 5. In the meantime, take care of the filling: grind the poppy in a coffee grinder or blender, add the protein and the remaining sugar to it, mix well. 6. Take the dough out of the cold and roll it into a thin layer (5 mm), distribute the filling over the entire dough.
