There are a lot of vinaigrette options! Today, a delicious layered vinaigrette that will be appropriate on any festive table. To be honest, I never thought that this salad could be seasoned with mayonnaise, but this option surprised and pleased me. I hope you enjoy it too!

- Pickled mushrooms - 150 Grams

How to cook Piggy Vinaigrette
Prepare all ingredients. Boil beets, carrots and potatoes in advance. Hard-boiled eggs. We put a special culinary ring on the serving dish, I have the usual one from a split form and lay out the diced potatoes in the first layer. We coat all layers lightly with mayonnaise and add some salt to taste. Put evenly pickled mushrooms on the potatoes. Suitable such as boletus, honey mushrooms or milk mushrooms. Then comes a layer of diced beets. Put green peas on the beets, after draining the liquid from it. Place diced boiled carrots on top of the peas.
