How to make Caramel Chocolate Fudge
1 Pour water and corn syrup into a saucepan, bring to a boil. 2 Pour sugar into the center of the pot and make sure there is no sugar around the edges of the pot. 3 Continue simmering until the temperature reaches 160 degrees. Pour the cream in a thin stream into a saucepan, stirring regularly, do not add all the cream at once. 4 Add butter and cocoa powder, stir, then add a little chocolate and stir again.
