How to cook Bean Roll
Fill the beans with plenty of cold water for several hours. Best for the night. Then drain the water from the beans, fill with fresh cold water, set to boil. While the beans are boiled, the butter softens at room temperature. Bring the beans to a boil, simmer for 40-50 minutes until tender. Drain the broth from the finished beans, saving 1 cup.
