How to make almond muffins
Prepare all the ingredients you need. If you have unpeeled almonds, pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes, then remove the skin and dry in the oven. Grind the peeled almonds with a coffee grinder or blender. In a deep bowl, combine flour, baking powder, almond flour and sugar. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Combine flour and egg mixture. Add melted butter and knead the dough.
