How to make Whipped Semolina
Wash the berries and put in a saucepan. Fill with water. Place the pot on the stove. Bring the contents to a boil. Add salt and sugar. Cook the berries with sugar for 10 minutes. After the berry broth, strain, bring to a boil and add semolina. Boil the semolina porridge until thickened for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla sugar or vanilla at the end. Cool the prepared semolina porridge and beat with a mixer until fluffy. The porridge will become much lighter.
