My son, who practically does not eat meat, is very fond of a piece of cheese pie and eats only it. This cake is good for a weekend when you want to please your family with something delicious.   • Butter - 50 grams
  • Pressed yeast - 40 grams

  • Flour - 500-600 grams (how much dough will take)
  • Minced meat - 350 gram
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Hard cheese - 150 Grams
  • Garlic - 1 Clove
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Poppy - 1 Art. spoon (for decoration)

How to cook "Sunflower Pie"

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Dissolve yeast in warm milk (about 30-35 degrees), add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to take effect. Then add one egg and 50 g of melted butter. Stir. Start adding flour little by little and stirring. Then transfer the dough to a work surface and knead to a soft, fairly elastic dough. You may need less or more flour, depending on the quality of the flour. The dough should not be too tight. If you see that it already has a good consistency, but still slightly sticks to your hands, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a clean towel and place in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. While the dough is coming up, let's start filling. Chop the onions finely and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
