- Wheat flour - 500 grams
- Sugar - 180 Grams
- Butter - 100 grams
- Dry yeast - 2 Teaspoons
- Milk - 150 Milliliters
- Water - 50 Milliliters
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook "Moscow Bun"
1 Add a couple of tablespoons of flour, sugar and yeast to warm milk. Leave it on for 15 minutes or until a frothy cap appears. 2 Separate two tablespoons from the butter and add the rest to the dough. 3 Add the rest of the sugar, salt and vanilla sugar to the dough. 4 Add flour little by little, knead into a soft elastic dough. Cover it with a clean towel and leave in a warm place to rise. 5 When the dough has doubled in volume, fold it over and divide into 10-12 equal parts. 6 Roll out each of these parts, brush with butter and sprinkle with plenty of sugar.
