How to cook Danish with fruit
Prepare your ingredients. First of all, prepare the Patisier custard, for this pour milk into a ladle and add vanilla sugar to it, heat to a boil. Put three yolks, sugar, a pinch of salt and flour in another saucepan. Stir everything well. Pour heated milk over the yolks. Pour in a trickle, stir vigorously with the other hand.
