- Tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 5 Cloves
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Green olives - 15 pieces
- Feta cheese - 150 Gram

- Ground black pepper - 1 gram
- Vegetable oil - 80 grams
- Greens - 20 Grams

How to make Melizana Greek appetizer
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse and dry the eggplants, cut them in half lengthwise, make cuts in the eggplant pulp without cutting through. Cut 2 garlic cloves into slices and insert them into the slots. Make cruciform cuts in the tomatoes. Place the eggplant and tomato halves on parchment, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180-200 degrees. While the vegetables are baking, make the filling, chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion and garlic in a little vegetable oil until tender.
