Tofu is the perfect base for a pate. It has a neutral taste, creamy texture and is rich in protein. I used to spend money on a store-bought tofu pate, but it turned out to be easy to make.

Ingredients:
- Tofu - 250 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 40 Milliliters
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 60 Grams
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Dried Garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Italian Herbs - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper - 3/4 Teaspoons
Servings: 2-4
How to make Tofu Pate
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the tofu across into a few slices and pat dry with a paper towel. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth. The pate should be smooth, uniform and moderately thick. If you are not satisfied with the consistency, add a little more vegetable oil. Tofu pate is ready, bon appetit!
