Fish cooked on the grill is in no way inferior in taste to meat. A great option is sea bass. It can be marinated or roasted immediately over charcoal. The choice is yours.

How to cook "Sea bass on the grill"
Prepare the required ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine spices, oil, and vinegar. Clean the fish, make longitudinal cuts with a knife. Rub each carcass with the prepared mixture. Transfer the fish to a deep container and cover with chopped onions and dill. Mix well. Leave to marinate for 2 to 4 hours. After the time has elapsed, fry the fish on a wire rack, on both sides, over medium charcoal for 20 minutes. The fish is ready. You can serve the fish hot, but there is also an equally tasty option: put dill on the bottom of the container, put the fish on top and close the lid, leave to cool completely.
