How to make "Chocolate pads"
Turn the oven 180 degrees before starting to prepare the dough. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Beat eggs with sugar. Add softened butter. Pour in the sifted cocoa and a glass of flour. Stir well and add flour as needed. The dough should be smooth, not sticky to your hands, but not too clogged with flour. Roll out the dough sheet. Cut into small squares.
