How to make Game Broth
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Separate the meat from the bones and soak in water for several hours, until it becomes lighter in color. Then fill the meat with fresh water. Add onions, carrots and bring to a boil. Do not forget to remove the foam that will form during cooking. Cook for at least an hour. Add salt, spices and bay leaf. Turn off and let stand for 20-30 minutes. The broth is ready! Use it for its intended purpose. When serving, you can add a boiled egg and some herbs. Enjoy your meal!
