It is very tasty to pour the sauce over the meat, in which it was cooked, mine even soaked it with bread, it is so delicious!

How to cook "Fried meat in a large piece"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Cut the meat into portions about 1.5-2 cm thick. Put them in a deep bowl, into which also add vegetable oil, salt, pepper and paprika, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon, mix everything well. Tighten the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 3-4 hours. Then place the meat in a skillet and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. The meat turned out to be so beautiful, but inside it is still damp, for beef this is permissible, but the pork needs to be finished. Pour 150 ml into the pan. broth (water is possible, but tastier with broth) and add a couple of lemon slices. Simmer the meat for 15 minutes over low heat (but to simmer the broth).
