How to make Prague biscuits
Prepare your ingredients. Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, vanilla sugar. Separate the whites and yolks, add the yolk to the flour, put softened butter there, knead a smooth and elastic dough. Wrap the dough in a bag and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. While the dough is normal, use a sharp knife to chop the almonds into crumbs, but not too small. Wash and dry small quiche-mish raisins on a paper towel.
