How to make Egg Pancakes with Cheese
Prepare all ingredients. Grate the cheese. Whisk eggs with salt and milk. If the cheese is salty enough, then salt can be excluded. For each serving, I beat each egg separately with a teaspoon of milk. Heat the pan and grease with oil. Pour the egg mixture and as soon as the pancake sets, place the filling in the center, in this case the grated cheese. Immediately fold the edges on both sides as shown.
