Chicken liver salad with beans is very simple and quick to prepare. Garlic adds pungency and piquancy, but if you don't like it, you can skip it. Very little mayonnaise is required. The salad is delicious both warm and cold.

- Canned Beans - 120 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Chicken liver - 250 Grams
- Sunflower oil - 20 Milliliters
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Salt - To taste
- Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
How to cook "Chicken Liver and Beans Salad"
Prepare food for salad making. Rinse the chicken liver, trim the veins and fat. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on the stove. Boil the chicken liver until tender, 10-12 minutes. Peel, wash and chop onions and carrots. Place in a skillet. Pour in sunflower oil and simmer onions and carrots for 7-8 minutes. Chop the boiled chicken liver and place in a salad bowl.
