How to cook "Dumplings with milk with cottage cheese"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Combine milk and water. Add yolk and salt, stir until smooth. Gradually add flour and knead to a soft dough. Transfer to a plastic bag and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sugar and egg in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Roll out the dough into a layer about 2 mm thick. Cut into squares and place the curd in the middle. Connect the opposite ends and pinch the edges tightly.
