The multicooker copes with any task. Today I will tell you how to cook whites in a slow cooker. Fast, simple and delicious!

Cooking description:

The first step is to start preparing the test. You can make the dough according to your favorite recipe or purchase it in advance in the store. I decided not to waste time making homemade yeast dough and opted for a yeast-free dough for kefir whites. Such a dough is a great alternative to the usual yeast dough, it is prepared very quickly, and it is convenient to work with. The whites made from this dough are very tender, airy and juicy. And one more important point about cooking whites - you need to fry whites at the highest temperature that a multicooker can develop. If your assistant is not able to develop a temperature of at least 160 degrees, then it is better to refrain from frying whites in it and cook them in a frying pan.

How to cook "Belyashi in a multicooker"

Prepare all ingredients. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add baking powder and stir. Add egg and vegetable oil. Mix everything again, add 1-2 pinches of salt and add flour in portions. First stir everything with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. Flour may take a little more or less than indicated in the recipe, the finished dough should be quite dense and elastic. Cover it with a towel and let it "rest" for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Add salt, black pepper, finely diced onion to the minced meat and mix everything well.
