Prepare all ingredients. Put parsley leaves, bay leaves, coarsely chopped onions and garlic, peppercorns on the bottom of a sterilized jar. Fill the jar with tomatoes. Pour boiling water over them, cover with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. Drain the liquid into a saucepan, add sugar and salt, bring to a boil. Pour the marinade into a jar, add citric acid. Close the jar tightly with a lid, turn over and wrap in a towel. Leave it until it cools completely.
