How to cook "Berry lavash"
I will cook black and red currant berry lavash. Sort the berries, wash and dry. Send to blender bowl. Add sugar to taste. Whisk into a smooth puree. Then rub the puree through a sieve to remove seeds and skins. Line the drier tray or baking sheet with parchment. I grease it with a little vegetable oil. Pour the puree and spread in an even layer. You can dry berry pita bread in a dryer, oven or in the sun. I dry the first 6 hours at 60 degrees. Then I let it cool and dry for another 6 hours at 65 degrees. The last time I dry it at a temperature of 70 degrees, until the lavash stops sticking.
