Stew young cabbage is simple and easy, it goes well with different types of meat, poultry or fish. You can even serve cabbage just like that, in addition to, for example, baked potatoes. Also, cabbage is perfect as a filling for pies or pies.

- Young cabbage - 300 Grams
- Carrots - 100 Grams
- Bulb onion - 100 Grams
- Water - 70 Milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 30 Milliliters
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Sugar - To taste
How to cook "Braised young cabbage"
Prepare your ingredients. Rinse and remove the top leaves from the cabbage fork. Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Peel the onion and rinse and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes. Peel the carrots, rinse and chop the carrots on a medium grater. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add cabbage, carrots and onions. Roast vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, some sugar and water. Simmer the cabbage for 15-20 minutes. After a while, place the cabbage on plates and serve.
